JJ is a legal assistant at Lufkin Peckham LLP. Originally from Texas, she has also lived in California, Wyoming, and Oklahoma. For almost two decades she has called Oregon home and she lives with her teenage daughter and 3 cats.
JJ graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre. After graduation, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career. JJ spent a few years doing background work in TV and Film. She was then offered a full-time position as an Executive Legal Assistant in the Entertainment industry where she discovered her interest in legal work.
In her free time, JJ enjoys singing and playing guitar, hiking, and gardening. She is also a Zumba teacher, a certified personal trainer, and an avid bowler. In the summer months, JJ likes to paddleboard any chance she gets.
