Erin was born in Olympia, WA and attended The Evergreen State College for her undergraduate degree. She moved to Portland in 1998 and earned her MBA at Portland State University and her law degree at Lewis & Clark Law School.

Erin is primarily a probate and estate planning attorney. Erin has a calm demeanor with clients and is able to counsel and help her clients work through difficult situations.

Erin worked at the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office in law school and picked up extensive experience in criminal law. After graduating from law school, Erin worked in her own practice before joining the small firm of Case & Dusterhoff. She worked at Case & Dusterhoff for over 12 years, learning from her colleagues and figuring out what she was truly passionate about in the practice of law.

Erin studied math and science in college and appreciates the rules that are the backbone of our legal system. She also believes in the Oxford comma. She serves on the Oregon State Bar Disciplinary Board in Washington County. Previously, she served as a board member on the Citizen Review Board in Washington County, helping to ensure that children in foster care receive the services they are entitled to receive from the state.

Erin is a member of Oregon Women Lawyers, Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, Multnomah Bar Association, and the Washington County Bar Association.

In her spare time, Erin enjoys sewing clothing and historical costumes. She has an extensive vintage sewing pattern collection and way too many vintage sewing machines. She also loves to sing and can be found singing karaoke most weekends. Her favorite city is Paris and she regularly cruises to various ports around the world.
