Ben Sprague is an Associate Attorney at Lufkin Peckham LLP. He focuses his practice on estate planning and family law. He joined the firm in June 2025 and brings a client-centered, collaborative, and compassionate approach to his work. Ben is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate significant life transitions with care, clarity, and confidence.

A native of Longview, Washington, Ben developed an early interest in helping others and understanding how the law impacts everyday lives. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Western Oregon University and went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Willamette University College of Law.

At Lufkin Peckham, Benjamin assists clients in creating thoughtful estate plans and resolving family law matters such as divorce, custody, and support. He values open communication and practical solutions. His enthusiasm for working with people and solving problems aligns closely with the firm’s mission of providing accessible and compassionate legal counsel.

Outside of the office, Ben enjoys playing golf, reading historical nonfiction, and cheering on his favorite sports teams. He has recently become engaged and is planning a wedding for summer 2026. These pastimes help him maintain balance and bring perspective to his work with clients.
